 We specialize in supplying a full line of mechanical parts for your 1940’s to current General Motors vehicle. The Cadillac Craft Center is staffed by experienced parts specialists, ASE Master Technicians, and a Cadillac Master Craftsman. NEW PARTS

In most cases we can supply original genuine GM/AC DELCO for your vehicle. For older vehicles or hard to find parts, quality aftermarket choices are available. Our experienced parts specialists hand-select each part to ensure the highest quality and suitability for your vehicle. Our aftermarket suppliers are among the best and most respected in the industry.

ENGINE: Pistons, bearings, rings, gaskets and other hard parts

TRANSMISSION: Overhaul kits and gaskets/seals

STEERING & SUSPENSION: Steering & suspension items, brakes, shocks & struts

DRIVELINE: Ujoints, gaskets/seals, and axle parts

ELECTRICAL: Alternators, starters, motors, tune-up parts, and emissions

HVAC: Full-line heating, cooling and air conditioning

MAINTENANCE: Filters, disposables, belts, and hoses

USED PARTS

In some cases, a new part is no longer available or recommended and a used part will be procured. We have extensive contacts with used parts vendors around the world and as with our new parts, we hand-select each part to ensure the highest quality and suitability for your vehicle. For our customers, digital images may be available to ensure suitability for your vehicle.

A WORD ABOUT USED PARTS:

While we recommend GM/AC-DELCO and quality aftermarket parts as our first choice, in some cases a used part is the only option available. In those cases, we will be upfront about the source of the parts and we will do everything to ensure that the part is functional and applicable for usage. In most cases, the used part will come with a Dead-On-Arrival warranty to ensure that it is functioning when it arrives to you.

A WORD ABOUT OBSOLETE PARTS:

As with used parts, we try to recommend GM/AC-DELCO and quality aftermarket parts that are still in production as our first choice. In some cases where we feel that the original style part is the best option, we will try to locate an obsolete or discontinued part as available. We have a subscription to GM Sprint Parts Locator Service (the same system used by the dealers) to locate parts nationwide. Please be advised that due to supply concerns with discontinued and obsolete parts, warranty replacements may be difficult to obtain.

PRICING:

Unlike major parts retailers, we specialize in mechanical parts for vehicles that are often hard to find parts. When you deal with us, you will receive the fairest, most up to date pricing for our parts, we car about our customers because they are family to us and we want to keep it that way! When you inquire about part availability, all available parts options will be presented with our recommendations. All costs will be discussed up front and you will be assured of a fair and even business relationship

ORDERING PARTS

The first step in doing business with us is to get a complete picture of situation including all information about the problem, needs, and vehicle information. As most of our customers are located overseas, it is imperative that we get your order right the first time. Please be prepared to give us the following information: Make, Model, Year, VIN (where applicable), Engine, and all options related to your needs. We may inquire for further information as necessary.

RETURNS:

Obviously returning a part from overseas can be difficult and costly. That is why we will do whatever it takes to ensure that you receive the proper part first, and that it is in good working order. In the unlikely event that a part becomes defective or needs to be returned, proper arrangements will be made. In most cases, we will make shipping arrangements at no cost to you. Credits and returns will be processed on a case by case basis and will be thoroughly explained for each part at the time of ordering. Please see our shipping page for further transportation information. Specific warranties will be discussed at the time of ordering for each part.

FOR US BASED CUSTOMERS:

While we specialize in servicing the foreign markets, we accept and encourage business with our US based friends as well. For obvious reasons, many of the ordering stipulations do not apply in the US and ordering can be handled through more conventional means. Payment and shipping options remain the same and all costs will be presented prior to ordering. In most cases, shipping within the US is time-guaranteed by UPS and other carriers.
