eBay users will be familiar with this service. Recently, Billpoint as expanded to offering non-auction payment services. Their services are similar to PALPAL and established customers of Billpoint can use this service with us at their convenience. Customers that prefer not to use an electronic payment service or are located in a country no currently serviced by one of the major payment services, can opt to send their payment in the old fashioned way. Please be advised that this will cause a delay in shipment of your order as turnaround time can stretch from 2-3 weeks from time payment mailed until it clears our bank. Please make sure that all payments are in certified bank drafts or money orders payable in USD. More specific arrangements can be made on a customer by customer basis.

A WORD ABOUT RETURNS AND CREDITS:

In most instances, returns and credits will be processed in the same way as the payment was made. However, if you prefer we can send a bank check payable in your local currency if necessary. In rare instances, we may be able to obtain local currency or send USD currency in cash via secure letter for credits <$20USD. While this is risky, it can sometimes be a convenient option for those who wish to avoid conversion fees for small amounts.
