Shipping Information

We are highly experienced in shipping & doing business worldwide. Take advantage of the options below when considering your purchases.

 

United Parcel Service is our preferred shipping vendor. They are fast, reliable, and most importantly secure. However, they are the most expensive option, especially as the weights increase.

The US Postal Service is a realiable, fairly fast, and most importantly economical way to ship. They are less expensive than UPS however they take a bit longer.

 

 

These are international freight forwarders whom we have dealt with in the past. These are the choice for cargos over 40lbs. and/or do not require a specific time commitment.

** As always, when we personally prepare your order, we include the shipping costs in the quotes and update and changes as they take place. Also we suggest alternatives to you that may be more cost effective shipping-wise. The whole purpose is so that you can enjoy your classic automobile!**

 

Shipping Policies:

1) All costs will be discussed up front and options presented. UPS is our preferred vendor.
2) All shipments will be invoiced and prepared for proper arrival. We are experienced with international shipping, and we have made special arrangements for our shipments to be pre-cleared and expedited with customs. Our shipping agent is located in the cargo terminal at Charlotte-Douglas International airport where your packages can be loaded almost directly onto the plane. This saves tremendously on time and expense, estimated travel time using Express service is 4-6 business days in the PacRim and Western Europe. Please view the respective shipping agent's website above for more detailed information. As always when your order is placed you will be advised of an estimated travel time. For US based customers, time-defined delivery is guaranteed through UPS and other carriers.
3) Due to the nature of our business and the costs involved, it is imperative that we get your order right the first time, because in most cases it can be prohibitively expensive to send it back. Please review our ordering instructions for further information about providing information.
4) While we accept returns, in most cases we cannot make arrangements for shipping unless the item is defective. Certain items are special order and used parts are non-returnable. For all defective items, we will make shipping arrangements at no cost to you. For US based customers, all items, except for certain special order and used items, are returnable for credit and shipping arrangements will be made.
